WICB decisions re Guyana Situation
The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the West Indies Cricket Board held a meeting by teleconference last evening.
The Executive Committee discussed the Guyana Situation and noted the following points:

Barbados has taken the fouth place in the Caribbean Twenty20 cricket competition.
They were knocked on all sides; and conceded to a seven-wicket defeat by the Windward Islands during this evening's semi final game - they have been beaten again on home ground.
The West Indies Cricket Board’s Selection Panel today named a strong team to face India in an eight-match series next month.
The Windies will host the Indians in three One-Day Internationals and five T20 Internationals between February 18 and March 4.
Before the start of the series the Windies will have a one-week camp at the Sir Vivian Richards Cricket Ground in Antigua.
